Yolanda Uvas is a mom from Laguna. She has four children, two of them are married. Yolly, as known by her friends, started working for Wacoal Direct Sales in 2009. As a direct sales agent, Yolly tells that Wacoal is very supportive to their department. She stressed that Wacoal always update the agents about their new products by means of educating them and sending materials.

During the interview, Yolly mentioned how Wacoal helps her: “Malaking tulong talaga [ang Wacoal Direct Selling] lalong lalo na sa family ko kasi lahat ng [aming binabayaran sa] gastusin ay dito na namin nakukuha” (Wacoal Direct Selling is a big help to me and my family because this is where we get the money to pay for our bills.) In the six years of her direct selling career, Yolly worked her way up and now serves as one of the network directors of Wacoal Direct Sales. “Kung gusto mong umasenso, sipag, tiyaga at pakikisama ang mga susi sa tagumpay” (If you want to succeed, hardwork, perseverance and goodwill are the main keys to success.) she happily tells Wacoal.
